Returns & Faulty Products
If you’re having difficulty with your Pod Star capsule, please refer to our Barista Guide and FAQ. Some skill is required when using refillable capsules.
If you believe a Pod Star product you purchased is faulty, please contact us at hello@podstar.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
We accept returns for items with a verified manufacturing fault. In such cases, we will replace the item and recycle the faulty stainless steel part.
To request a return, please provide:
– Your reason for return
– A copy of your receipt
– Your name, address, phone number, and email
If the item was purchased from a distributor, it must be returned to us directly with proof of purchase.
Once assessed and approved, a replacement will be sent within one week (subject to stock availability). If the item is found not to have a manufacturing fault, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds for used capsules due to change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
- We cannot provide a refund for capsules used in machines not listed on our Compatibility Guide.
- Damage caused by misuse is not covered under our return policy.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected by this policy.
