Why Robusta?
Robusta is a different species of coffee from Arabica, with its own distinct characteristics. It naturally brings more intensity, body and crema to a blend.
Chapel St combines 10% Indian Cherry AB Robusta, naturally processed in Coorg, Karnataka, with 90% Arabica. The Robusta contributes strength, body and crema, while the Arabica brings sweetness, fruit, nuts and complexity.
The result is a bold, full-bodied coffee with rich crema and a long, smooth finish.
